Case Management assists our customers to resolve Workers' Comp. and Group Health claims in a timely and cost effective manner. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, high quality and cost effective services that return the injured claimant to the highest level of medical and functional improvement attainable and to also reduce overall claim costs to our customers.

Our case managers act as liaisons between the injured person, their doctor and treatment team, the insurer and employer to identify what services might be needed. Med-Legal Services, Inc. then helps by coordinating all services and resources necessary to promote a return to the best level of well being.

We currently provide both medical and vocational Case Management in our Houston and Austin, Texas offices.
