Ginny Stegent, RN, CRRN, CDMS, CCM, CLCP - Owner
Ginny, the owner of our company, has 25 years of nursing experience and over 15 years of legal consulting expertise. She is a nationally certified life care planner and currently teaches the brain injury section of the graduate course for life care planning through Intelicus and the University of Florida.

Kurt Zettlemoyer - Marketing
Kurt acts as a liaison to all accounts and is available to meet or speak with if you have any questions or needs. Please feel free to contact Kurt for any information inquiries or referral requests that you may have.

Sherry Peterson, RN - Legal Nurse Consultant Sherry has 11 years of experience in clinical nursing in areas including general surgery, gynecology, multiple trauma, neurology, burns, internal medicine, and neurosurgery including five years in the Intensive Care Unit. She has worked as a legal nurse consultant for 7 years performing case evaluations, preparing medical summaries, outlining medical chronologies and obtaining and working with medical experts in case evaluations.
